Yesterday i tried to post...but blogger was not having it!!
Anywho, I am going to start out by saying that I turned 40 today!!! Not real excited about it, in fact that a few times I got a little anxious about it. If it wasn't for everything that is going on with my daughter I would probably curl up into a ball. I ain't got time for that! Also today is my father's 63rd birthday!! So happy Birthday Daddy!!! Yeh, I was my father's biggest present!!
Also today is the day that Amber is going to spend the night at Children's hospital in Detroit for an impedance test....It's to test for non-acid reflux. So this will be how i spend my 40th Birthday. I'm such a party animal!!! lol
So a few nights ago Amber and I went on a hair extravaganza! I touched up Amber's roots with blonde and I dyed my hair a medium ash blonde...Nothing extreme, just brightened up my face a little bit, which is all i wanted.
I got a letter in the mail to report for Jury Duty in July, lucky me, why me?, This will be my third time!! Isn't there a limit to how many times they can call you in? Dang it!
I can't believe that we are already a half a year into this year!! Time is flying!!
Darin is doing very well with his driving!! I like his driving more than his father's driving!
School is almost over, the kids are getting excited! Making plans to do this and that. My plans are simple, maybe a few picnics at the beach, going to the Warren pool....things like that.
Well, that's pretty much it....The picture above is my new hair color..

Caroline You are going to find Forty pretty exciting before the year is out --trust me. Happy Birthday to you and Dad. Tell the people at Children hospital it is time for good news. We are cheering for you.

Forty is fine, by the way. I've been there. Now you can decide that you don't have to worry about what others think, you can relax more when you're in your forties.

Happy Belated Birthday! I liked my 40's. I'll be 47 in July, but my 40's were not so bad. You kind of are at a place where you accept yourself and don't care what others think of you and just are happy being yourself. You look amazing for 40, I thought you were so much younger!
I hope your Dad's Birthday was great too. Knowing your close knit family, you all had a special time.
I hope Amber is feeling better and you get some results!!!

40 is big this year, I have been to two partys and read two blog posts.
On my 40, a co-worker gave me a $1 and told me to buy a winning lottery ticket. I stopped at a convenience store on the way home.
The ticket was not a winner, but I have a nice memory for the only lottery ticket ever purchased in my life.
