Frank called me yesterday from the airport in Vermont, they had canceled his original flight, so he had to find another flight to Detroit. He arrived finally in Detroit by midnight. He was glad to be home, the kids missed him so much they wanted to pick him up, I warned them that it was going to be about 1 in the morning before they got to bed and that they were still going to school. They agreed but i know when they get home from school there will be naps going on.
Frank had so much to tell us. I wrote Franks brother to see if i can get my hands on the speech he wrote about his mother, i will put it in a scrapbook with her pictures and the little card from the funeral parlor. (i don't know what you actually call those) Anyhoo, Frank said that it was beautiful, it made him cry. He said that he talked about every family member, including me and the kids. Would love to read what he said...hopefully he will send it.

Glad he's home safe. What a week!!!!!!!!
Yayyyyyyy! It must be great to be home. :-)
A sad situation but Frank was most fortunate to be able to be there. It is also good to get back home to loved ones.
Home is a good thing.
Sorry for Frank's loss. I'm so glad he got to fly back and be there....and aren't you glad you went this summer to see her?
